Fishing has been great of late! Water temps are down and remain pretty steady. A week ago it was in the low 80's for surface temps and today I saw 71 as the surface temp. Had a great night on river, ( July 26th ) fishing up by the dam. New water that I don't fish much so just trying to figure out the lay of the river and what to throw and what fish might be holding in that water. I managed to pull out a few along with this big boy pictured below. There was also a hatch going on while we were out tonight the Ephoron leukon or white mayfly were hatching as you can see in the background. 100's of thousands of them.
